Why should I use Cinderella Maids Service?

Cinderella Maids Service has been providing local residents with flexible and reliable residential cleaning services since 2005. We have perfected our craft for great service.

If you want the best in the business, we are the cleaning service for you.  We go above and beyond what other companies are willing to do for a regular cleaning, and our deep cleans are out of this world!

How do I know I can trust the people you send to my home?

 

We are very particular about who we work with.

Our maids are all given top-notch training to meet our demanding standards, and we regularly conduct quality inspection checks.

Trust is a vital part of our business. We pride ourselves on having earned the trust of hundreds of customers throughout the years.

How often should I have my home cleaned?

 

We offer regular housecleaning on a weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis.

In addition, we are available for special one-time cleans. These include move-in/move-outs, deep cleans, and daily, and weekly office cleanings.

Our most popular visit is every two weeks, but we will schedule according to your needs.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. There are no contracts to sign. We do have a cleaning agreement, but this is simply a document so that you know what to expect from us and so that we know which services you have requested.  We are happy to earn your business each time we clean.  

Do I have to be home when the cleaner comes?

You do not need to be home, although of course you’re welcome to be.

Many of our customers provide us with a key to their home and, when necessary, alarm codes. We keep your keys and access information extremely secure.

Will I always have the same house cleaner?

We make every effort to send the same cleaner to your home for each visit.

Our goal is to provide you with consistency no matter what; even if circumstances demand a staffing change. Every employee is extensively trained to utilize the same efficient, effective cleaning techniques.

We begin our relationship with you by visiting your home and creating a customized work order for your needs, so that you can always count on receiving the same great, personalized service to which you’re accustomed.

What if something is my home gets damaged?

In the unfortunate event that a breakage occurs, we will promptly make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced. All Cinderella Maids Service maids are fully insured to guarantee the safety of your possessions.

Do you guarantee your work?

Absolutely. We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy.

Our goal is to give you the best cleaning possible each time. If something is not done to your satisfaction, call us within 24 hours and we will correct it for free.

How do I pay for my cleaning?

Payment is due the day the service is performed. 

Many customers leave a check, payable to Cinderella Maids Service, on their kitchen table or countertop. For your convenience, if you prefer paying by credit card you may pay through Paypal on our website.  There is a 4% service charge when paying by credit card.

One-time cleans require a cash or credit card payment.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes we do! A house cleaning makes a great gift, whether it’s for Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, a birthday or anniversary, or even to help a friend through a difficult time. Whatever the occasion, our gift certificates can be sent straight to the recipient or to you. Contact us for information.

Should I tip my cleaner?

Tips for our cleaners are neither expected nor required. Leaving them a simple note letting them know how well they did or filling out a feedback form will mean a lot to them. Our cleaners want to know that their work met or exceeded your expectations. However, if you do wish to leave a tip, please place it on the kitchen counter in a seperate envelope than the payment for that weeks cleaning.

What if my cleaning schedule falls on a holiday?

If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, we will contact you a few weeks in advance to reschedule. Our company observes the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
